Not only is the Chateau Capitoul collection a wonderful introduction to the wines of AOC La Clape but each wine provides the perfect accompaniment to the food of the South of France. The Rocaille Blanc is an aromatic, complex wine. The Rocaille Rouge is a fresh, lively and elegant cuvee which pairs really well with Duck, rib of beef and Merguez sausages and the Capitoul Rose with its smooth yet fresh palate of fruit and spices goes particularly well with a plate of charcuterie, seafood and grilled meats.
